Divinity’s Patient Loyalty Program

For our 2nd Anniversary, we wanted to find a way to give back to our loyal patients…those who we see often, who tell their friends about us, who give us glowing reviews & spend their hard earned money on our services and products.  That’s how the Divinity Patient Loyalty Program was started!  It’s our way of thanking you for helping us continue to do what we love – here’s how it works:

Divinity’s Loyalty Program

BEGINNING AUGUST 24th

(Transactions must be at a single visit)

Spend $500 – Get 75 points

Spend $1000 – Get 200 points

Spend $2000 or more – Get 300 points 

Write a review – Get 50 points

Up to 150 points for 3 reviews on different sites:

FaceBook, Google, Yelp

Refer a friend to Holly – Get 200 points

(friend must be new to practice and have service)

Refer a friend to Frankie – Get 100 points

(friend must be new to practice and have treatment)
