Divinity Policies

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services. Funds can be reallocated to a Divinity Med Spa store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of a different services offered at Divinity Med Spa.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final.

There are no refunds on Gift Cards. Gift Cards must be presented at time of purchase.

No Show Policy

At Divinity Med Spa, we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation of an appointment. Any appointment that is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time OR any no show is subject to a:

$50 charge for appointments booked under 1 hour
$100 charge for appointments booked over 1 hour

We respect our providers time and have clients on a wait list that we work hard to accommodate should we have a last minute cancellation. However, we need at least 24 hours to be able to accommodate our guests on our wait list.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Pet Policy

While we love pets, we ask that you leave your pets at home during your visits to Divinity Med Spa. to avoid any disruptions to your visits to our healthcare facility, we ask that you leave any pet at home that is not a service animal.

Children Policy

At Divinity Med Spa, we love children! However, in order for us to offer you and all of our guests the highest level experience during spa appointments, we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointments.
