Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultations

- State esthetician or cosmetologist license required

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and friendly Marketing and Sales Representative. Excellent communication and computer skills, flexibility, outgoing personality, and the desire to work as a team player are keys to the success of this position. Knowledge of Aesthetic products and services are also an integral part of this position.
Your key responsibility will be to increase our sales through marketing (direct and indirect sales).
Basic Responsibilities Include:
- Outside sales / marketing to bring in new clientele and will include networking within the community.
- Maintenance of Divinity’s Social Media – creating posts/content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and our Youtube channel, and perhaps the institution of new ones like LinkedIn & Pinterest.
- Update & maintain our website with articles, gallery pictures and content.
- Create/control all the advertising for Divinity, as well as working with our vendors for co-op monies.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns and events for our med spa
We are looking for a Full Time Aesthetic Medical Assistant to work alongside the medical providers at Divinity Med Spa. Assistant should have experience in a medical office setting, be friendly, gentle, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills.
The Assistant’s duties are:
- Assist Provider with patient care.
- Escort patient to exam room and document pertinent patient information.
- Clean and organize exam rooms.
- Take Before & After pictures.
- Assist with organizing efficient patient flow.
- Equipment set-up according to instructions.
- Calibrate, clean, sterilize, and inventory all medical equipment and instruments. Keep appropriate records of maintenance program
- Respond to patient questions in office and by phone, as instructed.
- Schedule appointments as required.
- Schedule prescriptions and refills to pharmacies.
- Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Blood Borne Pathogens Standards.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, discard out-of-date supplies, and keep appropriate records.
- Order, sort, and restock inventory of all medical supplies.
- Document all medical instructions given to patients.
- Possess knowledge of all products and procedures in office.
- Be knowledgeable of office financial policies and fees.

We are seeking a Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The ideal candidate will have analytical decision making skills, a great customer care disposition, and a passion for aesthetics with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Responsibilities for Cosmetic Practitioner:
- Perform detailed cosmetic consultations
- Documentation of consultation and services performed in EMR system
- Operating laser systems
- Provide Cosmetic Botox® and Dermal Filler injections
- Ensure consistent adherence to established patient care standards and treatment protocols Requirements for Cosmetic Practitioner:
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in the state of Florida
- Ability to relate well to patients and support staff Experience in the performance of Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers and non-ablative laser treatments
- MedSpa, Dermatology, Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery experience
- Superior customer service with a concierge hospitality and business sales focus
- Desire and dedication to grow with the practice Preferred:
- Experience with providing services; Micro-Needling, PRP, PDO Threads, Silhouette Instalift, and/or other non-surgical cosmetic procedures a plus
- Flexibility and learning new procedures is a must in order to be expected to grow with our company
