Not always! For repeat treatments or simple services, you can book directly. For new patients or complex treatments, we recommend a complimentary consultation.
Consultations are complimentary! We'll assess your concerns, discuss treatment options, and create a customized plan with no obligation. Although, we do require a card on file in order to book as we do have a fee of $100 for a No Call No Show or same day cancellation.
Absolutely! Many patients combine treatments. When booking, let us know what you're interested in, and we'll schedule adequate time and advise on the best order.
- Regular treatments (Botox, facials): 1-2 weeks recommended
- Popular times (weekends, evenings): 2-4 weeks
- Special packages or first-time consults: 1-2 weeks
- Last-minute: Call us! We often have same-day or next-day availability.
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen - just call us!
Yes! You're welcome to bring a friend or family member. Our waiting area is comfortable, and they can often join you in the treatment room for most services.
Absolutely! We treat many male patients for Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, weight loss, and other services. All are welcome at Divinity.
Please call or text if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on our schedule.

Services rendered are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with results, we offer complimentary follow-ups and touch-ups when appropriate.
First-Time Patients
Check in at our front desk, complete paperwork (medical history, consent forms), meet with your provider for consultation, discuss treatment plan and pricing, then proceed with treatment (if you're ready) or schedule for later.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to complete paperwork. For return visits, 5 minutes is sufficient.
All treatments are performed by licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants under the supervision of our board-certified plastic surgeon. You'll meet with your provider during consultation.
Often yes! If you're ready and we have time available, we can proceed with treatment after consultation. We'll always give you time to think if needed.

Some treatments are safe during pregnancy (certain facials, laser hair removal after first trimester). We avoid injectables, peels, and many other treatments. Always inform us if you're pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
Discomfort levels vary by treatment. We use numbing cream, ice, and cooling devices to maximize comfort. Most patients find treatments very tolerable.

Prep & Aftercare
